Free from dairy, egg, gluten, peanut, sesame and soy
If you are a chocoholic, like me, doing the 21 Day Body Reset can be particularly difficult as only minimal natural sugar is allowed.
However, I have got a delicious recipe that lets me get my fix without breaking the rules and is very healthy!
What more can I ask for…
Ingredients – Serves 1
100ml brown rice milk
1/2tsp almond butter
1½tsp cacao powder
pinch of vanilla seeds
pinch of ground cinnamon
This is so easy to make, I am almost embarrassed to write it up!
Place all the ingredients into a blender and let it whiz for a minute.
Pour the mixture into a pan and warm up. Stir occasionally and when it gets to a temperature you like gently pour into a cup with all the lovely froth created from the blender.
