What you permit, you promote.

Struggling to deal with someone else’s ‘bad’ behaviour?

What you permit, you promote. So always have boundaries set in place.

Setting boundaries is not about offending anyone. It's about honouring yourself.

If you permit something you don't like, you won't feel comfortable in your own skin.

Be comfortable. Be confident.

Two pieces of advice when boundary setting.

Firstly, make time to establish your boundaries BEFORE you're in the moment.

Secondly, ‘Do not justify, apologize for or rationalize the healthy boundary you are setting. Do not argue. Just set the boundary calmly, firmly, clearly and respectfully.’ – Crystal Andrus

Have you been in this situation? How have you dealt with someone overstepping the mark with you? How has setting or not setting boundaries affected your life? Do let me know in the comments. I would love to know where you are at in your spiritual journey and if I can help in anyway.

May the infinite love of this universe always bless you.
